Beilian, We Doctor to Merge, Launch Internet Maternity Hospital Platform

Shanghai-based maternity-focused app developer Beilian Information Technology has announced that it will merge with online and mobile healthcare solutions developer We Doctor Group's maternity business, and that, backed by We Doctor's online and mobile consultation platform Wuzhen Internet Hospital, the two parties will build an internet maternity hospital.
